What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years in an Executive Chef role or equivalent leadership experience.
- A proven track record in fast-paced, high-traffic kitchens.
- Culinary education or certification is a plus, but your results speak louder than credentials.
- Strong leadership, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience launching new restaurant concepts is a standout strength.
