We are seeking an experienced Custom Shop Technician/Hand Finisher to join our production that delivers high quality, precision parts and assemblies.

Shop Technician/Hand Finisher Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience using CNC Machines, hand tools and assembly operations
  • completions of technical training program in CNC Machining or advanced manufacturing
  • Experience with Fusion 360 or other CAD/CAM software experience
  • Excellent work ethic, good attendance records

Shop Technician/Hand Finisher Benefits Responsibilities

  • Understand work orders, gather job material, and operate CNC machines to deliver according to schedules
  • Perform visual inspections, performs tool changes and touch offs
  • Machine maintenance for coolant, oil levels and preventative maintenance
  • Optimize processes to minimize downtime and ensure completions of projects
  • Suggest improvements for efficiencies and waste reduction
  •  Maintain clean work environment
