Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards for both food quality and guest service
  • Oversee ordering and effectively manage food costs
  • Create and manage staff schedules while controlling labor expenses
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks with efficiency
  • Lead with confidence and a positive, approachable attitude
  • Enforce safety and sanitation protocols for both yourself and your team
  • Invest in your team through continuous training and hands-on coaching
  • Consistently uphold the company’s standards for culinary excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in high-volume kitchen operations
  • Background in fine dining or polished casual concepts is essential
  • Culinary education is a bonus, but not mandatory
