Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join an innovative tax automation firm specializing in high-net-worth individuals, investors, and closely held businesses. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to work with advanced tax technology while contributing to the delivery of accurate, efficient, and strategic tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply current tax laws and regulations, offering expert-level guidance on complex matters
- Review advanced tax filings for accuracy, compliance, and optimization
- Serve as the technical resource for tax staff, offering insights and problem-solving support
- Handle complex client questions and provide tailored recommendations
- Lead internal training and help improve processes and workflows
- Participate in client meetings with high-net-worth individuals and complex business entities
- Contribute to the development of scalable tax models and tools
- Evaluate and improve tax software tools and automation processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of tax experience as a licensed CPA or Tax Attorney
- In-depth experience with S-Corps, partnerships, and individual tax matters
- Background in professional services, technology, or financial services preferred
- Experience with Private Equity and Venture Capital clients is a strong plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a cloud-based environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
