- 5+ years of experience in upscale catering, hotels, or resorts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in diverse culinary techniques and menu development
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- ServeSafe certification (required)
- A genuine love for great food and team collaboration

- Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
