We are looking for a Remote Senior Tax Manager for our tax automation company with a focus on High Net high-net-worth individuals, Investors, and closely held businesses. Our technology is designed to streamline the routine tasks in the field of tax services, delivering tailored, precise, and swift tax solutions.

 

 Remote Senior Tax Manager Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and provide authoritative advice on challenging tax matters.
  • Scrutinize intricate tax returns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal tax positions before filing.
  • Act as the primary technical resource for the tax team.
  • Address and resolve inquiries and provide guidance on complex client scenarios.
  • Mentoring, Training, Internal processes, and procedures.
  • Meet with high-profile or complex clients.
  • Assist with developing and designing tax models based on current regulations and tax strategies.
  • Assess and validate current tax software.

Remote Senior Tax Manager Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a licensed CPA or Tax Attorney.
  • Extensive experience working with S-Corps, partnerships, and individuals.
  • Professional services, Technology and Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Private Equity and Venture Capital experience is highly preferred,
  • Tech-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team player
