If you have strong knife skills, a deep love of cooking, and a desire to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Line Cook Responsibilities:

Master all kitchen stations with confidence and skill
Jump into any station or shift as needed—flexibility is key!
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
Contribute to a supportive, efficient, and fast-moving kitchen team
Take pride in consistently producing high-quality food
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team

Line Cook Requirements:

Prior experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred
Solid culinary knowledge with ability to sauté, fry, broil, bake, poach, roast, and more
Excellent knife skills and cooking station technique
Ability to cook steaks to precise temperatures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Organized, punctual, and dependable with great time management
Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitization practices
