FINE DINING RESTAURANT AGM

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager or previous AGM who wants to take their career to the next level. We are an established, successful, and growing restaurant group in NYC and we are looking for leaders to be part of our team and we focus on further growth. FINE DINING RESTAURANT Assistant General Manager REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hospitality mindset
  • 3 to 5 years in a Senior Manager or AGM role
  • Experience with fine dining, wine, and high levels of service
  • Desire to grow professionally
  • Must be a leader, not a manager, and must know the difference
  • Hands-on, attention to detail, unwilling to settle

FINE DINING RESTAURANT Assistant General Manager RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads, trains, and mentors front-of-house team
  • Provides superior guest service
  • Provides accountability to management and line-level teams
  • Creates and reinforces high standards
  • Works closely with the restaurant General Manager and Executive team

FINE DINING RESTAURANT Assistant General Manager BENEFITS:
