Right now, we're looking for someone high-energy and focused on creating amazing guest experiences to be our long-term Sous Chef. This individual will ensure every plate is to specification before it leaves the pass, maintain cleanliness to code, control costs, and create a team dedicated to guest experience.

Sous Chef Position Requirements:

·      3-5 years upscale, scratch experience in a very high-volumes

·      Culinary Degree, Stable experience, References from Supervisors

·      Expertise with Steak cookery and butchery highly appreciated!

·      Great with financial management, leadership of kitchen processes, consistency, and plating.

·      Valid Servsafe or ability to achieve quickly
