Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Drive operational excellence in your area of responsibility
- Set priorities and inspire your team to deliver standout results
- Lead daily execution while coaching and elevating staff performance

- Champion food safety and guest satisfaction standards
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven success in high-volume, polished casual environments
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Passion for developing people and building cohesive teams
- Solid understanding of food handling compliance
