Director of Sales – Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7 years of progressive sales or marketing experience within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and sales systems/CRMs
  • Must hold or be eligible for a Colorado gaming license
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must Haves:

  • Source and convert group business through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Prepare and manage professional proposals, contracts, and post-event follow-up communications
  • Lead property-level sales team including hiring, training, goal setting, and performance management
  • Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations to align strategies and ensure flawless event execution
  • Host and participate in site inspections, networking events, and sales promotions
  • Represent the brand and property in professional and community engagements

Director of Sales – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a gaming or destination resort environment
  • Background in launching or repositioning hotel or hospitality sales programs
  • High proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and revenue strategy collaboration
  • Experience in both transient and group market segments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch guest service environment
