📍 Location: Las Vegas, NV (Must reside in Las Vegas or be willing to relocate – Relocation Assistance Provided)

💰 Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year

Our client is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across their Nevada market. Whether you come from a convenience store background or have extensive experience managing maintenance in the restaurant industry, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll do:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Oversee all aspects of store maintenance, repairs, and equipment management.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT).
• Drive capital improvement projects and maintenance initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets, providing monthly reports to leadership.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain brand standards.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years in maintenance management in convenience stores or restaurants.
• Vendor Management: 7+ years managing vendors and external contractors.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a maintenance team.
• Technical Skills: Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% within Nevada.
