Company Controller Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Collaborate and provide guidance to our dedicated audit team.
  • Oversee the meticulous preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Manage tax preparation and ensure accurate filings.
  • Identify and present opportunities for improving efficiency.
  • Resolving workflow challenges.
  • Support cross-departmental financial analysis and comprehension
  • Prepare and circulate comprehensive Profit and Loss (P&L) statements across the company.
  • Communicate and collaborate with C-Suite level team members as well as Ownership.

Company Controller Qualifications Include:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of substantial experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a corporate environment.
  • Profound understanding and application of GAAP.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both executive leadership and field team members.
  • CPA a plus.
