Company Controller Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Collaborate and provide guidance to our dedicated audit team.
- Oversee the meticulous preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage tax preparation and ensure accurate filings.
- Identify and present opportunities for improving efficiency.
- Resolving workflow challenges.
- Support cross-departmental financial analysis and comprehension
- Prepare and circulate comprehensive Profit and Loss (P&L) statements across the company.
- Communicate and collaborate with C-Suite level team members as well as Ownership.
Company Controller Qualifications Include:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of substantial experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in a corporate environment.
- Profound understanding and application of GAAP.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both executive leadership and field team members.
- CPA a plus.
