A fast-growing, publicly traded financial services provider is seeking a high-performing District Sales Manager to own and grow a multi-state territory. This is a confidential role, representing a trusted brand that serves the underserved through international payments and financial solutions. You’ll be empowered to drive territory growth, build strong retailer relationships, and work independently while backed by strong internal support.
District Manager Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory – the client base is primarily Spanish-speaking
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in merchant services, consumer goods, convenience stores, or financial services
- Proven ability to hit/exceed KPIs and sales targets, with examples of territory growth
- Comfortable with field-based travel 3–4 days/week (80–90% of your time) across IA, MN, and NE
- Clean driving record and personal vehicle required (vehicle allowance provided)
- Strong self-starter mentality – you’ll be calling on 40+ accounts per week
District Sales Manager Benefits:
- Base salary of $70K–$75K
- Uncapped commissions (total comp typically $100K–$150K)
- $550/month vehicle allowance
- 3 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays
