A well-established, creatively driven marketing and branding agency with offices in LA, NY, and the UK is seeking a hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee all day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is a solo role—ideal for someone who thrives in creative environments and is excited to work closely with leadership across three international offices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage the full accounting cycle: AP, AR, GL, month-end close, and reporting
  • Build budgets, manage forecasting, and deliver actionable financial insights
  • Partner with UK-based accounting for compliance and reporting
  • Liaise with HR on payroll and tax filings in coordination with U.S. and UK advisors
  • Maintain cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure compliance across regions
  • Work heavily in Excel and manual systems to keep financials on track
  • Be a transparent, compassionate partner to a creative and sensitive team

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
  • Background in a creative industry (marketing, branding, advertising, film/TV, production, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with manual processes and process improvement
  • Experience with UK accounting/tax processes is a plus, but not required
  • High EQ and excellent communication skills—you’re clear, open, and adaptable

  • $100K–$120K base salary
