We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced culinary leader to step into a newly created Assistant Executive Chef role. This position will support operations across three campus dining locations, working closely with culinary teams to ensure excellence in both execution and service.

Multi-Unit Assistant Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to Chef Managers across multiple sites
  • Ensure consistent execution of recipes, safety standards, and food quality
  • Oversee team training and ongoing development of kitchen staff
  • Maintain and elevate quality and compliance across both contract and retail dining programs
  • Support innovation and operations in a test kitchen environment

Multi-Unit Assistant Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Formal culinary education (Associate’s Degree or higher)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume culinary operations
  • Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Experience with digital/menu management systems is a plus
  • Must be flexible to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays (approx. 50 hours/week)
