We are seeking a strategic, people-first Director of Operations to lead our brand across the Madison, WI market. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, culture, and growth across a network of 30+ locations. Director of Operations Benefits/Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + performance bonuses (based on regional KPIs and sales performance)
- Full relocation support to Madison, WI (if not currently local)

- Structured training and onboarding program including 4-month immersive experience in Fort Wayne, IN
Director of Operations Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Director-level experience in casual dining or premium QSR
- Oversight of 30+ restaurants, 4+ District Managers, $35–40M+ annual revenue
- Strong leadership presence both in office and in the field (50/50 split)
- Deep understanding of culture-building, team alignment, and consistent leadership standards
- Must live in or relocate to Madison, WI with market familiarity
- No recent job hopping; stable work history required (min. 2–3 years per role)
- No felony convictions; clean background and driving record required
