💼 General Manager Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • 3–5% Net Profit Sharing (paid monthly!)

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a restaurant leadership role (fast-casual strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in driving performance and team results
  • Proficient in managing labor, product ordering, and administrative systems
  • Strong decision-maker with the ability to adapt quickly and lead under pressure
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
