Seeking a high energy General Manager for a successful and growing restaurant group. This is a hands-on position that requires you to be available for your team. We are offering a base salary of $68-$75K, commiserate with experience.
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Require current or very recent experience in high-volume restaurant and catering operations.
- Solid tenure — no job hoppers
- Upbeat and energetic personality, highly positive, and able to coach
- Great communication skills and personal appearance
- Focused on standards to deliver an outstanding speed of service, amazing food, and customer service
- A willingness to lead from the front and put in the time and effort to ensure quality and excellence
Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
- A base salary of $68-$75K
- Paid Time Off and closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Full health benefits offered with employer contribution
- 401K retirement plan with a company match
- Performance-based bonus target of $12K
