Hotel General Manager – Lead With Heart & Hospitality
Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences while driving performance and profitability? We're looking for a Hotel General Manager who can inspire a team, uphold brand excellence, and make an immediate impact on property operations.

🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Champion a welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B
- Build, lead, and develop a strong hotel team with clear expectations and accountability
- Drive revenue growth through active involvement in sales strategy and yield management
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to hit (and exceed) goals
- Conduct regular property inspections, audits, and operational evaluations
- Partner with the sales team to attract group business and extended stays
- Ensure compliance with all safety, HR, and operational standards
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of hotel leadership experience (AGM or GM role preferred)
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of P&L, labor control, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across all departments
- Tech-savvy with experience using hotel management systems and reporting tools
- A proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
