We are seeking a passionate Executive Chef who loves to create, inspire others, and lead a high-volume team to excellence!

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Qualifications:

5 years of experience in Luxury Hotel kitchen management, at least 3 years as Exec. Chef
At least 3 years of kitchen leadership (CDC, Sous, Lead, tournet) in a high-end, high-profile restaurant
Experience with Hotel banquets and working with sales and operations to execute high-end functions
Formal Culinary Education preferred
Experience in a union environment preferred
Strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Run an efficient culinary program
Create and update menus, recipes, and SOPs in concert with leadership
Teach and manage Sous Chefs and Culinary team on all recipes and expectations
