A well-established, reputable hospitality group in Wisconsin is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to oversee financial operations across its upscale restaurant and event venues. Reporting directly to ownership and the executive leadership team, this role will play a key part in shaping financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting continued growth.

Director of Finance Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for multiple locations
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash flow management
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Partner closely with Operations, HR, and Ownership on business strategy and investment opportunities
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
Lead and develop a small finance and accounting team
Implement and optimize systems to improve financial accuracy and efficiency

Director of Finance Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
4+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-unit environments
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and operational finance
Hands-on leader comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
