Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years as Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in fast-casual, guest-first restaurant concepts
  • Proven ability to build and retain strong, engaged teams
  • Strong financial skills: labor management, inventory, and cost control management
  • People-first leadership style with high emotional intelligence
  • Committed to operational excellence and a hospitality-driven culture
  • Brings a humble, driven, guest-focused mindset to every shift
