We are looking for a motivated team member who is solution-oriented and enjoys helping others. Our ideal candidate has experience supporting 300 or more remote workers and has experience in the recruiting or staffing space. Help Desk tickets will involve issues around Salesforce, Zoom, and other software and IT related concerns.
Essential Duties of Role:
· Respond to Recruiting Partner help desk ticket requests in a timely manner
· Proactively complete tickets within standard
· Maintain company brand standards of professional and timely communication, specifically utilizing zoom and phone when assisting Recruiting Partners
· Attend assigned training and take ownership of understanding recruiting processes and day to day tasks of Recruiting Partners
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at a basic level.
· Resolve issues with various tools provided by company including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
· Support creating and editing user email details and email distribution lists in Microsoft Outlook
· Follow established IT policies, procedures, and best practices, including security and data privacy guidelines.
· Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate teams or vendors and follow up on open tickets until resolution.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies relevant to support operations.
· Assist with other IT team duties when necessary.
Qualifications:
· Experience in a technical support role
· Required experience in a Salesforce environment
· Preferred experience in a recruiting or staffing company or role
