The Salesforce Administrator will assist with the ongoing maintenance, support, and configuration of Salesforce. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE STAFFING / RECRUITING INDUSTRY. Please do not apply if you do not have experience working for a recruiting firm.- your application will not be considered. Must have completed their Salesforce Admin 1 certification.
The individual in this role will work to improve Salesforce configuration, processes, and automations.
Major Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Complete daily helpdesk tickets to support our team of 300+ End Users nationwide.
- Perform administration and support of the Salesforce platform by setting up new users, assigning permissions, and creating or updating fields, page layouts, and flows.
- Coordinate with leadership team to establish new flows and automations as needed.
- Create and update documentation for existing and new processes.
- Identify new ways to improve systems by coordinating with Recruiting Partners to better understand their use of the tool.
- Assist in cleaning up duplicate data, unused fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Support implementation of newly purchased apps and products within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards.
- Interface with Recruiting Partners and the Leadership team in supporting their daily functions within Salesforce and other platforms as applicable.
Requirements:
- Recruiting industry experience
- 2+ years hands-on Salesforce administration
- Commitment to problem-solving, continuous improvement, curiosity, and personal development
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment and manage priorities judiciously
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Salesforce Administration Certification
- Experience with data entry and data loading
- Experience with Office Products and Office Administration
