Kitchen Manager in Training Responsibilities:

  • Lead Daily Operations: Manage prep, production, and kitchen execution.

What We’re Looking For in a Kitchen Manager:

  • Culinary degree preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a full-service kitchen—scratch kitchen background a major plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety procedures.
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
