An experienced leader is needed to guide and inspire a group of retail locations in and around Columbus, Ohio. This opportunity is with a respected brand in the home interiors space and involves steering the sales direction, supporting local store leadership, and helping teams reach their full potential. The role is hands-on, people-focused, and centered on performance coaching, customer experience, and maintaining a polished showroom environment.

Multi-Unit Sales Director Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Guide a group of store leaders, helping them run high-performing teams across multiple busy locations
  • Use data and observations to provide meaningful coaching and raise the bar on results
  • Keep locations aligned with company expectations around presentation, operations, and campaigns
  • Work closely with internal partners across people operations, tech, merchandising, and branding
