General Manager – Cafe (Philadelphia, PA)

We’re looking for a people-first General Manager to lead our vibrant cafe in Philadelphia. This hands-on role ensures smooth daily operations, a positive team culture, and an exceptional guest experience.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards
  • Inspire and develop your team, fostering a welcoming and productive work environment
  • Drive profitability by managing sales, labor, and cost of goods
  • Build strong relationships with guests and the local community
  • Maintain health & safety standards and ensure ServSafe compliance

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills
  • Proven success in hitting KPIs and managing a P&L
  • Passion for hospitality and team development
  • ServSafe or DOH Certification preferred

General Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000–$75,000 base salary (DOE) + quarterly bonus
