A Private Country Club in New Hampshire is seeking a strong Executive Chef to join our team and lead our restaurant's operation, staffing, and training. We love Golf, but we are serious about offering our members the highest level of service paired with excellent food and beverage. We would love for you to join our team!

Executive Chef Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior restaurant, hotel, or private club experience
  • Working knowledge of food and beverage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to hire, train, and retain staff
  • Servant-Leader Mentality

Executive Chef Duties

  • Actively work the floor with our team and interact with our members
  • Perform monthly inventory
  • Menu curation
  • Maintain a clean and orderly space
  • Write staff schedules based on forecasted business levels
  • Ensure that proper orientation and training take place for all new hires
