Restaurant General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experiences, and foster a strong people-centric team culture. This role combines operational excellence with a passion for true hospitality.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor front-of-house staff, ensuring top-tier service and a positive work environment
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance in alignment with HR best practices
  • Oversee financial operations, including P&L accountability, payroll, and purchasing
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with food safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • Drive guest satisfaction through engagement, service recovery, and experience-focused initiatives

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hospitality experience, including 2 years in a management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
