We're on the hunt for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to help launch our exciting new concept. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to shape the kitchen from the very beginning, contribute your ideas, and help build a culinary team and culture from the ground up. If you're ready to step into a leadership role, collaborate closely with an Executive Chef, and make your mark, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Co-create and execute a dynamic, opening-day menu with precision and creativity
  • Play a lead role in hiring and training the back-of-house team, ensuring strong foundations and team cohesion
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining high standards for quality, timing, and consistency
  • Manage prep and production flow, keeping the line running smoothly and efficiently
  • Champion safety and cleanliness, holding the team accountable to top-tier food safety standards
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain cost control, ensuring a well-run kitchen
  • Work hand-in-hand with FOH managers to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Set the pace and tone on the line, mentoring cooks and stepping in where needed
  • Act as a second-in-command, filling in for the Executive Chef when required
