Job Ad: Commercial Lending Paralegal – Nassau County
A well-established Law Firm with a thriving commercial lending practice is seeking a full-time, motivated, and professional Commercial Lending Paralegal to join our team.
Requirements:
- 2 to 8 years of experience closing commercial real estate and asset-based loan transactions.
- Proficiency in drafting commercial loan documents including Notes, Mortgages, Loan and Security Agreements, and revolving/term loan documents.
- Strong knowledge of title issues, certificates of occupancy, surveys, and related legal matters.
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $55,000 to $80,000.
