Insurance Defense Attorney – Litigation

$110,000–$160,000 + Monthly Bonuses + Full Benefits

A growing, high-performing insurance defense firm is seeking experienced litigators to join its Kingwood, TX office. This is a high-impact role with autonomy, courtroom exposure, and real incentive potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of first-party property insurance defense cases
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Conduct depositions, argue motions, attend hearings, and prep for trial
  • Partner with clients and claims professionals to drive case strategy
  • Support anti-fraud efforts in high-stakes litigation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
  • Confident managing files and appearing in court
  • Strong legal writing and research skills
  • Texas bar license preferred
  • Experience with first-party property claims is a plus
