We’re seeking a Director of Premium Services to lead all facets of premium hospitality across suites, clubs, and upscale offerings. If you're passionate about exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a high-energy, large-scale environment, this is your chance to shape a premier operation.

Director of Premium Services Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary of $110,000–$125,000
  • Bonus potential tied to performance

Director of Premium Services Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–10 years of recent leadership experience in premium services, hospitality, or food & beverage
  • Experience managing union employees in high-volume environments
  • Previous experience at Director or Assistant GM level, ideally in stadiums or arenas
  • Proven ability to manage departmental P&L up to $25 million
  • Strong guest service orientation and leadership presence

Director of Premium Services Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience working in professional sports venues or large stadiums
  • Familiarity with premium service systems and software
  • Track record of driving guest satisfaction and loyalty among VIP clientele
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with multiple departments
