Now Hiring! This trendy, growing global brand is looking for a new Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager for 2 cafes in the Boston Market.

Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily guest service and store operations for 4 locations
  • Train, hire, coach, and motivate team
  • Ensure the highest quality in brand standards daily
  • Financial and operational accountability
  • Ability to create a positive and warm atmosphere

Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-unit or multi-department management
  • 3-4 years of experience managing and leading operations in high growth hospitality/consumer brands
  • Strong leadership ability and communication skills; ability to inspire others to success
  • Ability to set up efficient and effective systems in each store, and scale for growth
  • Technology, POS platforms, and financial expertise
  • You should have a track record of building successful teams and growing a brand to multiple locations
