About Us:
We’re a lively restaurant known for fresh seafood, bold flavors, and handcrafted cocktails. Our guests enjoy stunning views in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. Now, we’re looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team and deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire – Hire, train, and develop an efficient, motivated kitchen team.
- Ensure Quality & Consistency – Oversee food preparation, maintain high standards, and deliver exceptional dishes.
- Manage Inventory & Costs – Control food costs, monitor inventory, and optimize ordering.
- Maintain Safety & Cleanliness – Enforce food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate on Menus – Work with leadership to develop seasonal and innovative menu items.
- Create a Positive Culture – Foster teamwork, communication, and a fun work environment.
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Kitchen Leadership Experience – Previous Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH leadership role preferred.
- Passion for Great Food – Seafood experience and knowledge of grilling/coastal cuisine a plus!
- Strong Leadership & Mentorship – Build and motivate a tight-knit, high-performing team.
- Organization & Time Management – Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
