We are searching for an experienced Lifestyle Hotel General Manager who will bring energy, passion, and rugged sophistication as the leader of this property!
This position will require living and working in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg Tennessee area
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a GM for a 100+ room property
- Highly technology-savvy
- Experience in leadership of a full-service restaurant
- Experience with IHG or Marriott systems highly preferred
- Progressive, servant leader, management style
- Ability to work hard, think outside the box, and grow with the company
- Strong DESIRE to permanently relocate to the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire property including the rooms and the full-service restaurant
- Ensure the financial success of the property by pro-actively managing costs, managing a realistic budget, creating realistic forecasting models, and working with sales to maximize ADR
- Participate in the community through active engagement with local groups, associated businesses, and chamber events
- Teach, train, and motivate team members to provide only the highest quality guest experience
- Ensure Employee satisfaction by fostering a positive and progressive, welcoming culture that attracts and retains top talent. Be an employer of choice
