Assistant General Manager Benefits & Compensation

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a restaurant leadership role (fast-casual strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to support GM in driving team performance and guest satisfaction
- Skilled in scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operations
- Calm under pressure with solid decision-making ability
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bi-lingual is preferred
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience supporting or helping to open new restaurant locations
- Hands-on leadership style with a team-first mindset
- Strong communicator who builds trust and accountability
- Growth-minded with aspirations for future GM opportunities
