Restaurant Chef

A respected restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Chef to lead a busy, upscale kitchen known for quality and high standards. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact, guiding a talented team in a dynamic, rewarding environment with real room for growth.

Restaurant Chef Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
  • Demonstrated success running high-volume, scratch kitchens
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development
  • Full command of kitchen financials, including P&L, food cost, and labor control
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

Restaurant Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, setting and upholding exceptional standards
  • Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring dishes are made from scratch with consistency and quality
  • Manage kitchen financials, controlling costs and maximizing profitability
  • Drive execution during busy service periods while maintaining composure and efficiency
  • Inspire a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement in the kitchen
