Restaurant Chef

A respected restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Chef to lead a busy, upscale kitchen known for quality and high standards. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact, guiding a talented team in a dynamic, rewarding environment with real room for growth.

Restaurant Chef Requirements & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
Demonstrated success running high-volume, scratch kitchens
Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development
Full command of kitchen financials, including P&L, food cost, and labor control
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

Restaurant Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, setting and upholding exceptional standards
Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring dishes are made from scratch with consistency and quality
Manage kitchen financials, controlling costs and maximizing profitability
Drive execution during busy service periods while maintaining composure and efficiency
Inspire a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement in the kitchen
