We’re looking for someone who loves people, competition, and a great game night. This role blends league recruitment, community outreach, marketing, promotions, and creative design to help grow participation, build buzz, and make our leagues fun, social, and well-run.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and support participants for league programs
Promote leagues through in-person outreach, phone, email, and digital channels
Build relationships with players, teams, venues, and community partners
Assist with league events, promotions, and on-site support
Plan and execute grassroots marketing and promotional campaigns
Manage social media content and promotional messaging
Design flyers, posters, and social media graphics using Canva and/or Adobe tools
Maintain consistent branding across digital and print materials

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, marketing, promotions, community outreach, or business development
Graphic design experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working events, evenings, and weekends as needed
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple responsibilities
