Now Hiring: Accounting Supervisor!

Our client, a well-established industrial organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to support and oversee daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who values accuracy and can independently manage core accounting functions while collaborating across teams.

Requirements & Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage the company’s accounting system
Prepare and review monthly financial reports
Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks
Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cost accounting teams
Support year-end closing activities and work with external accountants
Assist with bank reporting and cash flow tracking
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in accounting records
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

Prior accounting experience required
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Strong organizational and communication skills
Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Previous supervisory or lead accounting experience
Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity accounting environments
