Food & Beverage Director Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role at a large-scale property
- Experience with annual sales volume of $17M+
- Enthusiastic attitude and positive work ethic
- Strong understanding of finances
Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple dining outlets and the banquet and catering department
- Interact with guests to ensure an exceptional experience
- Work daily in a hands-on capacity
