Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a kitchen leader in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Ability to recruit, train, & motivate a culinary team
Passion for food, culinary innovation, & creating memorable dining experiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Collaborative mindset to work closely with ownership, beverage director, and FOH leadership
Uphold health and safety standards for guest and team safety

Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:

Expert-level experience with wood-fired and open-flame grills
Stable job history with upward career progression
Excels at managing multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail
