Meet Matt

Matt Rosenblum joined Goodwin Recruiting in 2025, bringing with him more than 20 years of recruiting experience. Since beginning his recruiting career in 2005, he has successfully placed hundreds of candidates across a wide range of industries, including IT, Healthcare, Finance, Executive Leadership, and many others.

Throughout his career, Matt has worked in both agency and corporate recruiting environments, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the needs of both clients and candidates. From serving as a talent acquisition professional for Fortune 500 organizations to helping lead recruiting efforts for startups, he has remained committed to the same guiding principle: building strong, lasting relationships. Matt believes that recruiting is built on trust, and that long-term success comes from putting people first and consistently doing what’s best for those he serves.
