Prior to joining Goodwin Recruiting, Karin spent more than a decade in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in marketing, sales leadership, sales training, solution selling, and client relationship management. Her deep understanding of business operations and customer needs allows her to approach recruiting with a consultative mindset, helping both organizations and professionals achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Karin enjoys making the most of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. Whether she’s hiking, paddle boarding, or playing volleyball, she is happiest when staying active and exploring the outdoors. She is also a proud mother to her son, a high school senior preparing for his college journey, and is passionate about helping others pursue opportunities that align with their ambitions and passions.
