Clayton brings more than 30 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, built through progressive roles with nationally respected search and recruiting firms. His background includes professional and executive recruiting across multiple industries, where he developed a strong foundation in direct placement, client consulting, and long-term talent strategy. Clayton studied Finance and Business at the University of North Texas and has spent his career helping organizations identify and secure talent that drives sustained success.

Clayton is a proud “girl dad” to two daughters and enjoys spending time with his wife and family whenever possible. Outside of work, he stays active through hunting, fishing, golf, tennis, and pickleball, and he also enjoys spending time behind the smoker as an amateur pit master. Clayton values giving back and appreciates time spent outdoors, with a deep respect for God’s creation and the balance it brings to both life and work.
