Social Work Supervisor III Qualifications include but are not limited to:

3+ years of supervisory experience in social work programs or services.
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
Eligibility for North Carolina Social Work licensure (LCSW or LCSWA preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead and evaluate social work services and teams.
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Social Work Supervisor III Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervising and mentoring a team of social workers, providing guidance and support.
Managing the day-to-day operations of social work services, ensuring high standards of care.
Collaborating with community organizations and stakeholders to meet service needs.
Monitoring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Overseeing program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Facilitating staff development through training and professional growth opportunities.
