What You’ll Do:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Apply journeyman-level electrical skills, including mechanical troubleshooting for equipment such as HVAC and refrigeration.
  • Plan installations to minimize waste, maintain safety, and allow for easy future maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized Electrical Shop and facility work sites.
  • Travel to job sites as needed to support operations.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA, Haz-Com, Lockout/Tagout, and Confined Space procedures.
  • Document work accurately and participate in ongoing training and skill development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Technical Training, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of commercial electrical experience.
  • Comfortable working with high- and low-voltage systems.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for 8+ hours/day.
  • Able to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
