Maintenance & Supply Chain Coordinator – Austin, TX

Maintenance & Supply Chain Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical purchasing, logistics, or equipment maintenance support
  • Proficiency in ERP platforms, ticketing systems, and inventory tools
  • Ability to interpret and validate part numbers from technical documents
  • Strong communication skills and organizational attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including potential international travel
  • Coordinate availability and inventory of spare parts for high-priority systems
  • Support on-site teams in technical troubleshooting and resolution
  • Manage procurement processes for domestic and international parts/equipment

Maintenance & Supply Chain Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in aviation, manufacturing, entertainment, or technical facilities
  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation
  • Exposure to CMMS or ticket-based maintenance software
  • Ability to build structure in dynamic or fast-evolving environments
  • Background in cost analysis, vendor negotiation, or supplier QA processes
  • Experience purchasing equipment or systems with complex technical specifications
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and part specs
  • Hands-on background in sourcing one-off or specialized components
