Restaurant Manager – Upscale Casual Dining

We are seeking a polished Restaurant Manager to join our growing upscale casual dining brand. With a new location opening in November 2025, this is a unique opportunity for a strong front-of-house leader to take on an exciting new challenge and grow with us.

Key Qualifications (must-have):

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or AGM in an upscale casual dining concept
  • Strong financial acumen, including cost controls and budget management
  • Proven ability to hire, onboard, and develop new team members
  • Excellent people management skills with a track record of achieving results
  • Professional references verifying leadership and management ability

Preferred Background & Skills:

  • New Restaurant Opening (NRO) experience strongly preferred but not required
  • Ability to build strong collaboration with BOH leadership
  • Excellent guest-facing demeanor and polished communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
